Arsenal are 1.67 at the Emirates, with the draw at 3.75 and Chelsea out at 4.50. Mikel Arteta’s side have beaten Coventry 3-0 and won 1-0 at Aston Villa without conceding, while Xabi Alonso’s Chelsea have won 3-2 at Fulham and 4-3 at home to Brighton. Full-time xG comes in at 1.65 for Arsenal against 1.28 for Chelsea, a 2.92 combined total, and those numbers still lean on last season. Arsenal’s recent home sample creates 1.54 goals’ worth of chances a game while conceding 0.89, against Chelsea creating 1.50 and conceding 1.76 on the road.
